杜以慧，1990年11月生，安徽六安人。医学博士学位。现为杭州师范大学公共卫生与护理学院流行病与卫生统计学系副教授。
2013年毕业于安徽医科大学获学士学位，后在荷兰格罗宁根大学获医学博士学位（流行病与卫生统计学专业）。自2023年起在杭州师范大学从事流行病与卫生统计学专业的教研工作。

讲授本科生《流行病学》、《预防医学》以及研究生《高级流行病学》等课程。作为指导教师指导本科生团队获全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计大赛省赛二等奖。
